Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Job Duties:
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessment
- Creating Behavior Analysis Treatment Plans
- Conduct training with staff
- Collaborate/communicate with other staff, teachers, parents
- Create/conduct fidelity checks
- Collect IOA data
- Conduct competency assessments
- Graph and Analyze data
- Conduct parent training
- Create program materials
- Utilize online data collections system
- Conduct case meetings with staff on each client’s case
- Utilize online video web conferencing
- Implement direct therapy sessions
- Seek feedback from staff/provide feedback to staff
- Attend meetings and complete assignments provided by Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA from BACB
- Pass Level 2 Background Check
Preferred:
- PCM Training
- Medicaid Credentialed
