Job Duties:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessment
• Creating Behavior Analysis Treatment Plans
• Conduct training with staff
• Collaborate/communicate with other staff, teachers, parents
• Create/conduct fidelity checks
• Collect IOA data
• Conduct competency assessments
• Graph and Analyze data
• Conduct parent training
• Create program materials
• Utilize online data collections system
• Conduct case meetings with staff on each client’s case
• Utilize online video web conferencing
• Implement direct therapy sessions
• Seek feedback from staff/provide feedback to staff
• Attend meetings and complete assignments provided by Supervisors

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA from BACB
• Pass Level 2 Background Check
• Preferred:
• PCM Training
• Medicaid Credentialed
